Financial verification
The vendor is trusting a buyer with their income and their home for the rest of their life, and we would not present a buyer we were not satisfied by. Being verified is what makes you the buyer they choose, presented by us, in French.

We agree to work together
Both sides have decided it is a good fit, so we put it in writing. A twelve month engagement, and you choose the level of service that comes with it.

We go looking
Your brief settled and signed, your presentation to vendors prepared in French, and candidates priced against our modelling. Properties come to you one at a time, so each gets its own look.

Through the notaire. We can keep acting for you afterwards, cancellable at any time with no minimum term.

All three are set out in full, with the costs, inside the education space, well before you are asked to choose any of them.
What we ask of you
Why it works this way for everyone
A viager is a long commitment carrying risks that are specific to it, and they are not obvious from the outside. Module 3 sets them out in full and in plain terms, before anyone asks anything of you. That is the whole reason the education comes first. It is free and it opens in full, so the only thing the sequence asks of you is your time. Holding to it costs us the person who will not spend an hour, and that is frequently the person who would have moved fastest. We accept that, because a rule that bends is not really a rule.
